From time to time, you may have questions about our sofas, processes or policies. Here are the questions we are most frequently asked, together with the answers.
What payment methods do you accept and who processes them?
We have a number of secure payment options from providers trusted globally. These are:
Debit/credit card: Our card payments are processed by Square, Inc. a worldwide card processing firm listed on the New York Stock Exchange (ticker: SQ) and one of the world's most trusted methods of online card processing.
Bank transfer: A direct transfer from your bank account to ours. Terms are 50% to make the purchase and start the build of your item, with the remaining 50% paid on delivery.
PayPal: A trusted, online payment method from a company that pioneered of internet payment.
What currency can I pay in?
We accept a number of major world currencies, but the most popular are GBP, USD and EUR.
What is your returns policy?
Each item selected from our site is made to order for you. Because of their bespoke nature, our items do not qualify for returns.
Do you offer warranties on your products?
Yes, every sofa frame comes with a minimum of two years' manufacturer’s warranty under normal usage conditions.
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer international shipping. Shipping is free in the United Kingdom. For other parts of the world, you may have to contact us for a shipping quote if it isn't already displayed in the cart.
When will you offer finance?
We are working on offering a finance facility. If made available, it will be through a third party finance company, with the requisite licencing from the UK's financial regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority ('FCA'). The finance is likely to be:
Pay up to £2,500 over 12 months with 0% interest (you will be subject to a credit check, and the offer will be personalised to you and as a result may differ from this). The minimum amount you can put on finance is £100.
